Section 9 Conversion Markets
9.1. DeltaGrid DEX
The DeltaGrid DEX is a permissionless swap module. It does not guarantee liquidity, does not guarantee conversion, does not guarantee price and does not function as a redemption mechanism. Liquidity may be provided by third parties or may not exist. The protocol does not assume an obligation to maintain active pools.
9.2. External DEXs
dgUSD is available on independent external decentralized markets, not controlled by the DeltaGrid protocol. The existence of multiple independent markets demonstrates that the protocol does not control participants' exit. Liquidity on external DEXs is provided by independent third parties.
9.3. Absence of Redemption Mechanism
No DEX (proprietary or external) constitutes a protocol redemption mechanism. There is no buyback obligation. There is no guarantee of price or parity. The user assumes full market and liquidity risk.
Section 10 Operational Referral Program
10.1. Nature of Commissions
DeltaGrid has an operational referral program. Network commissions apply exclusively to system usage fees (access fees, swap fees, tool fees, infrastructure fees) and not to results or performance of the technical mechanisms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Commissions are a percentage of operational fees, not of results. If the referred user does not use the system (does not generate fees), the commission is zero. If the referred user participates and has a negative result in the mechanisms, the commission still exists, because it applies to usage fees, not to performance.
10.2. Characteristics
Commissions are variable and depend exclusively on the actual operational activity of the referred users. They do not arise from the mere referral. They are not guaranteed. They may result in zero. The referral of a participant does not generate automatic compensation.
10.3. Conditions
For commission generation: the referred user must be active, there must be operational activity (tool consumption or fee generation), without activity there is no commission. The tier structure is limited and the percentages are published transparently.
10.4. Software Referral Program Distinction
This program is equivalent to referral programs of software platforms (SaaS). It compensates referral of users who consume software services. It does not compensate participation in an allocation scheme. The fact that commissions exist even when the referred user has a negative result in the technical mechanisms proves that the compensation is tied to software usage, not to financial results.
Section 11 System Fees
DeltaGrid may apply technical fees, including: system access fee, swap fee, DEX usage fee and technical infrastructure fees. Fees do not guarantee results or financial outcomes. Fees constitute compensation for the use of software infrastructure.
