Frequently Asked Questions
General
DeltaGrid is a decentralized software protocol that provides automated technical infrastructure for interaction with liquidity efficiency mechanisms in decentralized markets (DeFi). It is not a platform for financial products, not a fund, not a brokerage, and does not manage anyone's money.
No. DeltaGrid is technical software infrastructure. It does not offer financial products, does not guarantee results, does not promise profits, and does not assume profitability obligations. Participation involves risks, including the risk of total loss.
Results come exclusively from market fees generated by automated liquidity operations in DeFi environments, paid by external participants (traders, arbitrageurs, DEX users). Revenue does not depend on new participants joining. This is the same economic model used by established DeFi liquidity provision protocols.
No. 100% non-custodial. Assets are managed by auditable and immutable smart contracts. You hold dgUSD as a tokenized on-chain allocation receipt in your wallet. The protocol has no access to private keys. No entity has access to the allocated assets. You can stop the contract at any time.
dgUSD Token
A utility token that functions as a tokenized on-chain allocation receipt and software credit. Issued 1:1 when allocating USDT to the smart contract. It enables access to operational modules, activation of an individual smart contract according to the chosen profile, and consumption of analytical tools (predictive AI, alerts, dashboards). It is not a financial asset. It is not a security, does not promise profits, and does not accumulate value automatically.
No. dgUSD does not grow, does not accumulate value, and does not represent a right to any results. It is a consumable software credit. Any variation in value comes exclusively from market conditions, with no guarantees.
dgUSD is consumed as a software credit for: predictive market AI, custom alerts, premium dashboards, and data export. These tools are analytical and informational — they do not display APY, do not recommend financial actions, and do not project gains.
dgUSD can be swapped via available decentralized markets (DeltaGrid DEX and independent external DEXs). There is no guarantee of: liquidity, price, equivalence, or conversion. No DEX functions as a redemption mechanism.
Nature of the Operation
No. DeltaGrid performs an asset swap, not a loan. The user swaps USDT for dgUSD and begins using a decentralized protocol that executes technical operations on the market. There is no credit relationship. There is no creditor, no debtor, no obligation to return funds, and no promise of equivalence.
It is a swap followed by operational participation. The user swaps USDT for dgUSD (which represents access, an operational position, and software credits). The protocol executes technical operations. Market fees may or may not be generated. The user can exit at any time, subject to fees, liquidity, and market conditions. There is no obligation to return funds. There is no promise of equivalence.
No. There is no obligation of return, buyback, or redemption. The operation is an asset swap. The user may attempt to convert dgUSD back to USDT via decentralized markets, but this depends on liquidity and market conditions. The participant may receive more, less, or nothing compared to what was initially provided.
The protocol does not use terms such as: lend, loan, interest, guaranteed returns, fixed income, passive income, safe financial product, guaranteed profit, financial application. Correct terms: swap, participation, operational allocation, position in the system, protocol usage, software credit, technical operations, market fees. The full list of approved language is in Section 14 of the official documentation.
Operation and Mechanisms
Experimental automated mechanisms that position liquidity in decentralized markets. When third parties use these markets, fees are generated. Results may be positive, negative, or zero.
Yes. You choose the allocation amount and the operational profile (Conservative, Moderate, or Aggressive), which defines the technical parameters of your individual smart contract. No operation starts without your approval. You can stop the contract at any time.
No. None. Zero. The mechanisms may generate positive, negative, or zero results. The participant may lose the entirety of the assets used.
Referral Program
Commissions apply exclusively to system usage fees (access, swap, tools), not to results or performance. Proof: if the referred user has a loss from the mechanisms, the commission still exists because it applies to the usage fee. If the system is not used, the commission is zero.
Commissions depend on the actual operational activity of referred users. Without activity, there is no commission. The referral does not generate automatic compensation. It is equivalent to referral programs of software platforms (SaaS).
Risks
Total loss of assets, absence of liquidity, technical failures in smart contracts, exploits, regulatory risk, and extreme market conditions. Do not participate with resources you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Yes. There is a risk of total loss. The protocol is experimental, operates in volatile markets, and is subject to technical and regulatory risks. There is no insurance, guarantee, or protection mechanism.
DeltaGrid is a global decentralized software protocol. It does not constitute an offering of securities. The user is responsible for verifying compliance with local laws and fulfilling tax obligations.
For Ambassadors and Network Leaders
DeFi software protocol, non-custodial, liquidity efficiency mechanisms, revenue from market fees paid by third parties, involves risks, no guaranteed results, dgUSD is a utility token. Always include the risks.
Do not use terms that imply a promise of results, guaranteed outcomes, or that compare the protocol to traditional financial products. Language must always be technical and transparent, including the risks involved. The list of approved and prohibited terms is in Section 14 of the official documentation.
