dgUSD Token

Definition, utility as a software credit, available tools and absence of parity.

4.1. Definition

dgUSD is a utility token for operational access and software credit, used to:

  • Operational access: register participation in technical cycles of the protocol, allow interaction with operational modules and represent usage time and access to the system.
  • Software credit: credit unit for access, consumption and customization of software tools, analytical dashboards and technical modules of the DeltaGrid ecosystem.

4.2. dgUSD Utility — Access Key

dgUSD functions as an access key to the system. Without dgUSD, the user cannot access operational modules, cannot execute technical cycles and cannot interact with dashboards. dgUSD is a functional access token, not a financial asset.

4.3. dgUSD Consumption in Tools

dgUSD is consumed to access technical tools of the ecosystem. Consumption is irreversible and does not accumulate value:

ToolConsumptionFrequency
Activate basic predictive AI5 dgUSDPer cycle
Advanced AI (multi-market)20 dgUSDPer month
Simple technical alerts1 dgUSDPer alert
Advanced custom alerts10 dgUSDPer configuration
Premium dashboard15 dgUSDPer period
Data export3 dgUSDPer export

4.4. Available Tools

Market Predictive AI (Technical Use)

AI-based predictive analysis module, focused on statistical probability and market patterns. Includes: market regime detection (sideways, high volatility, low volatility), probability of price expansion or compression, historical behavior analysis and technical risk classification by asset.

Note

The predictive AI does not display APY, does not display expected gains, does not recommend allocation and does not suggest results. It is an analytical tool, not a financial one.

Custom Alerts (Software Infrastructure)

Users can use dgUSD to configure technical alerts: volatility variation, market regime change, technical range breakout, relevant on-chain events and liquidity/slippage alerts. Alerts are informational, with no financial call to action and no language of gains.

4.5. What dgUSD is NOT

dgUSD is not: a financial instrument, a security, an allocation contract, a promise of results, a right to results, a performance receipt. dgUSD does not grow, does not automatically accumulate value and does not represent a claim against the protocol. Any perceived value derives exclusively from market conditions, with no guarantee of liquidity or price.

4.6. Absence of Parity

IMPORTANT NOTICE

dgUSD does not have parity with USDT. There is no economic equivalence between dgUSD and USDT. The market value of dgUSD may fluctuate freely, including downward, regardless of the value initially referenced. 1 dgUSD ≠ 1 USDT.

The swap rate between USDT and dgUSD reflects an estimated operational allocation of usage capacity within the protocol, not a financial result. When the user swaps USDT for dgUSD and receives a different amount, this represents anticipated operational credits, not a promise of gain. These credits may be consumed by fees, may lose value, may never be converted and may result in zero.

4.7. dgUSD Properties as Software Credit

Not accumulative as a result. Does not grow automatically. May be consumed entirely. Does not represent an economic right. dgUSD circulates and is consumed — it does not sit idle waiting for appreciation.
